One of the most used Internet Instant Messaging app is WhatsApp. It is used by hundred-thousands of people across the globe. WhatsApp Messenger is a freeware and cross-platform messaging and voice over IP (VoIP) service owned by Facebook. The application allows the sending of text messages and voice calls, as well as video calls, images and other media, documents, and user location.
The application runs from a mobile device though it is also accessible from desktop computers. The service requires consumer users to provide a standard cellular mobile number. Originally users could only communicate with other users individually or in groups of individual users. Prerequisites
At a moment, Dark Mode for WhatsApp is only available for Android device, so iOS users have to wait little longer.
You need to install WhatsApp’s Beta version 2.20.11 or over. You can Install it from Google Play Store as well if you are rolled in their Beta Program. Otherwise, You can download and install it from below link.
If you will Install the WhatsApp from above link (or outside the WhatsApp) then it might show you some warning so ignore that. Or, you might need to allow the installation from third-party apps.
How to Turn On Dark Mode in WhatsApp?
1. Open WhatsApp and tap on three dots.
2. Select Settings option
3. In the Settings, tap on Chat option.
4. Then tap on Theme.
5. Select the Dark option to apply the Dark Mode.
6. Done. To revert back to Light mode, follow the same steps but select Light option in the end.
