Just launch the application and look for WhatsApp and you will be able to access deleted messages.
The second way is to search the delete messages in the notification log manually. Long press on the home screen and tap widgets, search the settings widget and tap on it. Now, select the notification log. After the notification log is opened, you can then access the system’s notification log. It is easier for those who use third-party launchers like Nova Launcher.
For those smartphones which run on pure Android OS like Pixel and Moto smartphones, the settings widget is already available on the home screen. You can easily find the notification log registry from there.
